Pittsburg State University student Darío Cáceres, of Paraguay, recently had the opportunity to give a presentation in Dr. Cortes's Principles of Macroeconomics class being taught in the PSU in Paraguay program in Asunción. Darío shared about his internship experience at the Central Bank of Paraguay and about his first year on the PSU campus. Darío will soon be traveling back to Pittsburg, Kansas, to resume his studies for the Fall semester. Darío started taking classes in the PSU in Paraguay Program in 2022 and last year he enrolled on the PSU campus with a double major in Business Economics and Finance. Did you know? ✅ Pittsburg State University has a classroom in Asunción, Paraguay, where PSU faculty teach General Education courses. ✅ The Business Economics bachelor degree at Pittsburg State University is STEM-designated which qualifies for 3 years of OPT (F-1 Visa work permission in the US). ✅ With Pittsburg State University's flat-rate tuition, it makes earning a double degree possible without additional expense.
