It is very effective and realiable and simple. That’s the key to me–it’s simple and works. I can definitely use the app from the moment that I can get the phone call, and approve a load until it gets paid. With those features where I know I got paid by the customer that to me takes care of the bulk of the bookkeeping. I want to emphasize the fact that is is not overwhelming. The support that I have been getting, every time, either by email or by phone calls have been so superb.
